Payment Terms

To get your project rolling, we ask for a 50% deposit up front. The rest is due once the job is finished and you’re happy with the work. For bigger projects, we can talk about setting up a simple payment plan if needed.

Changes and Custom Requests

We totally get that ideas can evolve! If you want to make changes after we start, no problem — just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll update the plan and go over any changes in cost or timeline before moving forward.

Installation Details

When it’s time for install day, we just ask that the workspace is cleared and ready for us. If anything unexpected pops up (like hidden plumbing or wiring), we’ll work with you to sort it out without stress.

Warranty

We stand behind everything we build. Higher Plane Custom Carpentry offers a 1-year warranty on craftsmanship and installation. Natural shifts in wood (like minor movement or color changes) are part of the beauty of real wood and aren’t covered under warranty.
